VIP INFORMATION REGARDING PAYMENT FOR GATHERING

NEWS FLASH REGISTRATION FINANCIAL ADJUSTMENT
Dear Family & Friends,
Due to circumstances beyond our control and following a host of inefficiency from the bank we have decided to abandon credit card payments.
The ability to offer secure credit card payment pathways was promised by the bank and their data payment service (DPS).
However due to excessive time delays, expense and a cheaper and more immediate alternative the committee has decided to abandon the service. We apologise for the inconvenience however payment by either cheque or internet banking is a cheaper alternative. (Credit card processing is an expensive facility to arrange for a one-off event.) Payment therefore can be made by:
1. Cheques are to be made out to “The Gathering 2011” and forwarded to
The Gathering Celebration Registration 70 Doon St Vauxhall DUNEDIN
2.On-Line Facilities are available for guests to pay on-line. Funds can be transferred
directly into The Gathering bank account. Please ensure that you complete your
transaction by listing your name & registration reference number so that we can
process your payment accordingly.

OVERSEAS GUESTS Various options are available for overseas guests:
On-Line payment is available by simply the addition of a SWIFT number to any overseas transaction. The process is exactly the same as making an internal New Zealand payment except a swift number must be added. The SWIFT number for the Gathering is ANZBNZ22 simply place this information in front of the bank details. For example ANZBNZ22 060901: 0012762 :01 Bank Draft can be obtained from your local bank in New Zealand dollars and posted. Finally, if you have any questions regarding the above, please contact us.
