Update on Peter and Samantha Michael - Speed Skaters

Hi All,

We received the below email from John Michael giving us an update on Peter and Samantha. As you will read, this family sure knows how to achieve. We will post any live links of their races when they are happening so you can watch and support them. We congratulate Peter, Samantha, and also John on being appointed World Games and Worlds coach for the NZ team 2013.

"Quick update on Peter Michael,

Peter is in Cali, Colombia were he is training for the 2013 world game held every four years he has qualified number 1 in the world for this event starting on 23rd July 2013 and as soon as this has finished he will head to Belgium Europe for the world championships starting on the 21st August 2013 were he will defend his two world titles and after this will be back in Colombia training for the Oceania Championships to be held in Palmerston North NZ at Easter next year and from there he heads to Korea and China April May,

I have been appointed World Games and Worlds coach for the NZ team 2013 by the NZ Federation.

Samantha is taking a break from skating and trying out cycling she is in the soul star woman's racing team were they are second at the moment and she is ranked 7= after two rounds of racing in the south Island her next event is at the end of July 2013 on the west coast I think
