Photos from the evening with Lebanese Consul for New Zealand, Henriette Nakhle
Last month we were privileged to have a visit from the (Honorary) Lebanese Consul for New Zealand, Henriette Nakhle (and her assistant Hana Malak).
The role of a Consul is to provide assistance with bureaucratic issues to both the citizens of the consul's own country traveling or living abroad and to the citizens of the country in which the consul resides who wish to travel to or trade with the consul's country.
Our community had a wonderful evening with Henriette at the Dunedin Club, and thank her for making this special trip to acknowledge the strong and vibrant Lebanese community spirit that still exists in the deep south.
